Our farmers grow grapes on dry-land and deep-rooted bush vines. The wines reflect the ancient soils and coastal proximity for which the Darling region is so well known. In this individually crafted range, every wine tells its own story.The Darling region is also well known for the fine wheat it produces. Grain silos dot the landscape and proudly remind us of the contribution of grain to our farming community.

In The VineyardDeep, dark coloured laterite soils from decomposed Granite. The sunny days and cool evenings influenced by the nearby Atlantic Ocean have a positive impact.
The HarvestGrapes are hand-picked from Bush Vine vineyards with no irrigation and a yield of about 4-6 tonnes/ha.
In The CellarCold soaked for 2 days and then fermented in open tanks with a combination of pump overs and punch downs. Alcoholic fermentation is finished on the skins with extended skin contact. Aged for 18 months in a combination of French and American oak barrels to perfect this wine.
