Darling Cellars Chocoholic Gold Sticker Competition

Competition runs from 17 November to 28th February 2022.

Winners will be contacted before 11th March 2022. You will have to produce your till slip to confirm that you bought a 2L Chocoholic BiB or 750ml Chocoholic.

Prizes will be delivered within 6 weeks after closing date.

NOT FOR SALE TO PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 18.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The promoter of this competition is Darling Cellars (“the Promoter”).
2. The Promoter and its employees (or members of their immediate families) together with its advertising and promotional agencies/ partners are not entitled to enter into this competition.
3. To enter this competition you need to be a South African resident and 18 (eighteen) years or older. Delivery of prizes will only be done inside RSA borders within a 250km radius of a main centre. If the delivery address is too remote, the prize will be changed to a voucher from your nearest liquor store, with the same value as the original prize.
4. To enter into this competition, you need to purchase at least 1x 2L Chocoholic Bag in Box or 1x750ml Chocoholic.

5. This competition commences on 17 November 2021 and ends on 31 January 2022.
6. By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by these rules.
7. Entrants stand a chance of winning one of twenty 3x2L Chocoholic gift packs.
8. The winners will be drawn randomly and within industry regulations. The winners will be notified on or before 11 February 2022. Winner will have to give proof of their identity as well as produce a valid till slip as proof of purchase. Prizes will be delivered within 6 weeks after closing date.
9. The Promoter will, with the winners’ consent, be allowed to publish the winners’ names and photographs in any advertising or promotional material.
10. Facebook has no involvement/liability in this competition.
11. If you enter into this competition, you agree not to hold the Promoter or any associated parties of the Promoter liable for any loss or injury you may suffer as a result of entering into this competition. 
12. By entering the promotional competition, all participants and winners agree to be bound by these rules which will be interpreted by the Promoter, whose decision regarding any dispute will be final and binding. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, modify, change, postpone, suspend or cancel this competition and any prizes (which have not yet been subject to a draw), or any aspect thereof, without notice at any time, for any reason which the Promoter reasonably deems necessary.
