We are really sorry to inform you that the Darling Cellars Crush Day, which was scheduled for 3 March 2018 has been cancelled due to the severe water crisis we are experiencing in the Western Cape. We respect the conditions and due to the nature of this fun day, we have decided it would be better not to host this event in 2018.

Darling Cellars Pyjama Bush 2016
The Pyjama Bush Rosé lends is name from the Pyjama Bush, a lovely pink wild flower that can be found in the fields of the Darling area. After the winter rains, the parched Cape sparkles. Carpets of daisies fill the landscape with colour. The Pyjama Bush is a pink wild flower (called agdae-geneesbos in Afrikaans) and is used for medicinal purposes.
