Serve as an aperitif or partner to decadent deserts. Will also pair well with mature cheeses and charcuterie. Alternatively enjoy as a mixer in cocktails or serve on the rocks!

In The Cellar
Crafted according to the traditional Portugese method. Select Touriga Nacional and Tinta Barocca is hand harvested, fermented and fortified in small lagares, barrel matured in large seasoned oak barrels for a period of 12 months, to craft this forward style of Cape Ruby

Additional Information
The two factors which play the most important role in determining the character and quality of a wine are nature (soil, climate and location) and the human hand (cultivar choice, viticultural practices and winemaking techniques). Of these two, nature is considered to be the more important factor with a greater influence.
