De-alcoholised does not mean compromising on taste and this sparkling rosé is made from premium quality grapes bursting with flavour.

A low alcohol wine should still reflect the grapes and area it is made from. Sourced from cool climates, the grapes for the De-alcoholised Range are harvested at optimum ripeness to ensure varietal characteristics to be enjoyed without the restrictions of alcohol. Low alcohol should not detract from your taste experience, and we believe we have captured it in this product.

Studies have shown an “undeniable protective beneficial relationship” between red and white wine and heart disease. This relationship is also seen for alcohol-free wine, as the benefits are thanks to the polyphenols in the wine rather than the alcohol. Additional to the health benefits this De-alcoholised Sparkling Rosé is also suitable for Vegans.

This sparkling wine was blended from Sauvignon Blanc and Grenache. Skin contact was allowed on the Grenache until the beautiful salmon pink colour was achieved and then left on lees for 2 months to add complexity. The wine is De-Alcoholised by way of a gently spinning cone technology. Finally, the base wine is infused with CO2 to create a stream of bubbles.

Aromas of ripe strawberries and sweet plum following through to a balanced palate with a lingering finish that leaves you wanting more.To be served chilled on its own, with a salmon salad or yellowtail ceviche.
