A blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Grenache, the Rosé has a great light salmon pink colour, with ripe strawberries and sweet candyfloss on the nose following through to a balanced pallet with a lingering finish. To be enjoyed with roasted chicken, a salmon salad, Italian food with a red sauce or stuffed mushrooms.
The De-alcoholised Red is deep ruby red in colour with hints of ripe red fruit, crushed black pepper, dried rose petals, candied cherries and well-integrated French Oak tannins. It will complement foods such as flame grilled steak and fries or pizza with tomato and buffalo mozzarella.
We believe that a low alcohol wine should still reflect the grapes and area it is made from. Sourced from cool climates, the grapes for the De-alcoholised Range are harvested at optimum ripeness to ensure the finest varietal characteristics to be enjoyed in its purest and natural form, without the restrictions of alcohol. Low alcohol should not detract from you taste experience and we believe we have captured it in these products.
